It isn't officially Halloween until Neil Patrick Harris shares with the world what he and his family dressed up as for the holiday. Thankfully, they did not disappoint this year.
NPH, along with his husband David Burtka and their two kids, donned a carnival-themed getup that was equal (and absolutely perfect) amounts adorable and terrifying.
